ATLS Registration

There are currently 16 seats available in this course. HYBRID COURSE 1.5 Day Course

Thursday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Friday 7:00 am to 8:00 pm (APPROXIMATELY)

Thursday - Friday, November 6-7, 2025

The Hybrid Course is for individuals who have never held ATLS certification or have let their ATLS certification lapse past their 6-month grace period allowed by ACS. When signing up for this course, the individual will be required to complete all 13 modules and online post-test in their mATLS online, to be allowed to come to campus to complete their skills and final testing on November 6-7, 2025, extensions will be at the discretion of the Course Coordinator.

The final date to complete the 13 modules and online post-test for this course is October 30, 2025.

TIME:

The course begins at 9:00 am on Thursday (please arrive NLT 8:45 am so that we can begin on time) and resumes on Friday at 7:00 am (please arrive NLT 6:45 am). Lunch is provided. This course will be over as soon as all skills and testing requirements have been met.

FEE:

$875.00

$100.00 Discount: applicable to military and residents.

Fees include tuition, ebook, course materials, meals (continental breakfast and hot lunch), and beverage/snack breaks.

Physical books are not mailed out automatically as an ebook comes with the course automatically. You will receive your physical book on the day of the course. If you would like the physical copy of the book, please email me (ilc@wmcarey.edu) and I will send it to you.

LATE FEES:

$100 LATE FEE: TWO WEEKS OUT (October 19-25, 2025)

I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY REGISTRATIONS AFTER October 26, 2025.

REFUNDS: NO REFUNDS are issued.

One is allowed to transfer or a replacement from one of the next three ATLS Course dates is allowed. If one is unable to attend or find a replacement in this time frame, the registration is forfeited.


REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
No refunds will be made for cancellation however, a prepaid registrant may send a qualified substitute if the notification is given before the course begins. In the event of any emergency, a registrant may transfer enrollment to another course date within 1 year. Registrants will only be allowed to transfer one time, after which registration fee will be then be forfeited.

One must have a current ATLS card. A 6 month grace period is allowed by ACS. If one has passed the grace period, one is required to take the 2 day student course or the 1.5 day hybrid course. No exceptions.

The course begins at 7:00 am (please arrive NLT 6:45 am). Lunch is provided. The course is generally over by 3:00 pm once testing requirements are completed.
