1 Day Refresher Course

February 19, 2026 - February 19, 2026

One must have a current ATLS card. A 6-month grace period is allowed by ACS.

FEE:

$700/$50 discount for military and residents.

The fee includes tuition, e-book, course materials, meals (continental breakfast and hot lunch), and beverage breaks.

LATE FEE:

$100 LATE FEE: TWO WEEKS OUT (February 1-6, 2026)

$200 LATE FEE: ONE WEEK OUT (February 7-12, 2026)

NO REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER FEBRUARY 15TH.

No refunds will be made for cancellation however, a prepaid registrant may send a qualified substitute if the notification is given before the course begins. In the event of any emergency, a registrant may transfer enrollment to another course date within 1 year. 1 1/2 Day Hybrid Course

Thursday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Lunch is Provided)

Friday: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (Lunch is Provided)

The Hybrid Course is for individuals who have never held ATLS certification or let their ATLS certification lapse past their 6-month grace period allowed by ACS. When signing up for this course, the learner will be required to complete all 13 modules and online post-test in their mATLS online platform, to be allowed to attend the in-person course to complete their skills testing and final testing. Extensions will be at the discretion of the Course Coordinator.

The final date to complete the 13 modules and online post-test for this course is FEBRUARY 13, 2026.

$875.00/$100.00 Discount for military and residents.

One must have a current ATLS card. A 6 month grace period is allowed by ACS. If one has passed the grace period, one is required to take the 2 day student course or the 1.5 day hybrid course. No exceptions.

TIME:

The course begins at 7:00 am (please arrive NLT 6:45 am). Lunch is provided. The course is generally over by 3:00 pm once testing requirements are completed.

FEES:

$700

$50 discount: applicable to military (proof of active duty) and residents.

The fee includes tuition, ebook, course materials, meals (continental breakfast and hot lunch), and beverage breaks.

Physical books are not mailed out automatically as an ebook comes with the course automatically. You will receive your physical book on the day of the course. If you would like the physical copy of the book, please email me (ilc@wmcarey.edu) and I will send it to you.

LATE FEES:
