The institution publishes admissions policies that are consistent with its mission. (Admissions Policies)

Each year, William Carey University publishes an Undergraduate Catalog and Graduate Catalog, which outline current Undergraduate, Graduate, and international admissions policies, as well as the University’s mission statement (Undergraduate Catalog; Graduate Catalog). In addition to the catalogs, admissions policies are also communicated through the University’s Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Admissions, International Admissions, and Viewbook. Through the website and catalogs, detailed information for both undergraduate and graduate admissions is available to prospective students and to the general public, including information for the international student. The admissions policies are consistent with the University’s mission to provide “quality educational programs.”
The Master of Biomedical Science degree has admissions policies stipulated in the MBS Student Handbook and Catalog. The College of Osteopathic Medicine conducts admission on a competitive basis. WCUCOM participates with other osteopathic colleges in the centralized application processing service, AACOMAS (American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine Application Service). Once AACOMAS has verified and processed the student's primary application, it then sends the student’s application to the colleges which the applicant designates. AACOMAS takes no part in the selection or rejection of applicants. The policies and procedures for admission to the College of Osteopathic Medicine are detailed in the Student Handbook and Catalog.
