4.7 Title IV Program Responsibilities
The institution is in compliance with its program responsibilities under Title IV of the most recent Higher Education Act as amended. (Federal requirement 4.7) The institution audits financial aid programs as required by federal and state regulations. (Comprehensive Standard 3.10.2)

William Carey University is in full compliance with all program responsibilities under Title IV of the 1998 Higher Education Amendments. This is confirmed by the United States Department of Education Federal Student Aid Approval Letter and the Eligibility and Certification Approval Report. The University meets all audit and review standards for Title IV in accordance with the United States Department of Education Program Participation Agreement. In addition, external audits of Title IV (2009-2010, 2011-2012, 2013-2014) are conducted by Nicholson and Company. Reports are submitted annually as required by the U.S. Department of Education. Copies of all required reports and correspondence with the U.S. Department of Education are maintained in the Financial Aid Office.
